- Grind freshly roasted IsaBee Brazilian coffee beans to a medium consistency.
- Boil water to around 95°C.
- Place a paper filter in the pour-over cone and wet it with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the cone.
- Discard the water used for wetting the filter and add the ground coffee to the cone.
- Start pouring hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outwards.
- Allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
- Continue pouring the water over the coffee, maintaining a steady flow rate and keeping the water level constant.
- Once all the water has been poured, let the coffee drip until it is finished.
- Serve the coffee and enjoy!
