How to brew the perfect pour over

  1. Grind freshly roasted IsaBee Brazilian coffee beans to a medium consistency.
  2. Boil water to around 95°C.
  3. Place a paper filter in the pour-over cone and wet it with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the cone.
  4. Discard the water used for wetting the filter and add the ground coffee to the cone.
  5. Start pouring hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outwards.
  6. Allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
  7. Continue pouring the water over the coffee, maintaining a steady flow rate and keeping the water level constant.
  8. Once all the water has been poured, let the coffee drip until it is finished.
  9. Serve the coffee and enjoy!
